Alfama is a delightful maze of narrow cobbled streets and ancient houses, which lead up the steep hill from the Tejo River to the Castelo de São Jorge. Contained within this diverse and charismatic district are many of Lisbon’s most important historic buildings, including the Se Cathedral, the Castelo de São Jorge, the Panteão Nacional and the Igreja de Santo António.
Alfama has shrugged off this grim reputation, and has transformed into a fashionable and artisan district, but still retains its unique character and rich heritage.
The location couldn’t be better, just 8 minutes away from Santa Apolonia Station and 15 minutes away from Praça do Comércio.
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The design and functional decoration gives the apartment a feeling of being at home. The apartment has two bedrooms one with a double bed and a indivudual bed ant the other with a double bed that gives the apartment the capacity for 5 people.
