This apartment has been declared clean and safe by the portuguese authorities (Turismo de Portugal).
Guests will be handed an individual protection kit.
This apartment is located in the most central area of Lisbon. Just 3 min away from Marquês de Pombal square and Avenida da Liberdade it´s the perfect place to stay in Lisbon whether you are coming for business or pleasure. North of the apartment is Saldanha, which is Lisbon´s financial district. To the south and towards the river if you walk down Avenida da Liberdade you will end up at downtown Lisbon where you have all the restaurants, bars and cultural activities. Transportation won´t be a problem as Marquês de Pombal metro station is just 200 meters away from the doorstep and there are several bus stops on the street. Equipped with all the usual devices one has at home this apartment is ready to accommodate a group of friends or a family.
All linens and towels are provided as also amenities for the first day as shower gel, toilet paper and so on. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available at the apartment for free.
Three bedrooms, two with double beds one with two single beds and a sofa bed gives the apartment the capacity for 7 people.
Check-in is made at the Welcome Center anytime between 15h and 20h.
Guests can storage luggage at the Welcome Center for free.

Please note that late check-ins are made directly at the apartment and have the following costs:
- Between 20h and 22h - 15€;
- After 22h - 30€
We also have a personalized transfer service that picks you up at the airport and takes you to the apartment only for 30€ (until 4 people). If you would like two ways transfer the cost is 55€. If you would like to book it please let us know!

At the check-out guests must leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise Homing Place reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost in the same amount as the reservation.

Guests need to be quiet between 10pm and 6am. No refunds will be made if between this period neighbors complain. Besides guests are subject to paying a fine if by this motives neighbors call the police.
