Description
This apartment has been declared clean and safe by the portuguese authorities (Turismo de Portugal).
Guests will be handed an individual protection kit.
This apartment with an amazing terrace location couldn´t be better as it´s 50 meters away from the Jardim da Estrela, an iconic garden in Lisboa, and it is around 600 meters away from Rato metro station which is located in one of Lisbon´s main squares (Largo do Rato) and about 1km away from Marques de Pombal Square, where the Lisbon city center starts as it´s the beginning of Avenida da Liberdade, a big avenue with commerce and some restaurants, that leaves you to the city center in about 15 minutes walking. Also, the famous Bairro Alto neighborhood is about 10min walking distance!
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The design and functional decoration gives the apartment a feeling of being at home. Kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you might need. All linens and towels are provided as also amenities for the first day as shower gel, toilet paper and so on. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available at the apartment for free.
Two bedrooms, with double bed gives the apartment the capacity for 4 persons.
Check-in is made at the Welcome Center anytime between 15h and 20h.
Guests can storage luggage at the Welcome Center for free.

Please note that late check-ins are made directly at the apartment and have the following costs:
- Between 20h and 22h - 15€;
- After 22h - 30€
We also have a personalized transfer service that picks you up at the airport and takes you to the apartment only for 30€ (until 4 persons). If you would like two ways transfer the cost is 55€. If you would like to book it please let me know!

Very close to Estrella park. A beautiful terrace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are a real luxury!
Very friendly welcome in the homing office. A very nice and competent Mrs. Mafalda had a broken shades repaired immediately.

Excellent localization (pity there's no garage(by reserve) parking spaces in the vicinity)
Adequate size (for four) and most equipment available (hair drier, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle,...)

- It would simply be nice that upon arrival you can find, at least, a courtesy bottle of water
- Consider a Nespressosimilar machine (you can eventually even dispense some capsules on pre-orderas an extra)
