The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a suburb.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 10 m² terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, electric heating, communal+children's swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV.
In the gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
1) Check in is made directly at the apartment from 15h, in case you inform us of your time of arrival 24 hours before! You can call us anytime to inform about your time of arrival.
2) In case you do not inform us about your time of arrival 24 hours before check in, you can come anytime to our Welcome Center from 10h00 until 19h00 where you can pick the keys of the apartment and get information about Algarve. You can also storage your luggage with us in case you arrive before 15h while we prepare the apartment for you!
Please note that late check ins are made directly at the apartment and has the following costs:
- Between 19h and 22h - 30€;
- From 22h - 50€
We also have a personalized transfer service that picks you up at the airport and takes you to the apartment (on request). If you would like to book it please let me know!

- Check-in schedule: from 15:30 to 19:00 and from 19:00 to 2:00 every day
- Check-out schedule: Before 10:30
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Tourist tax not included.
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- VAT included in the accommodation price
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
